About the committee
(1) There shall be a Committee to be known as the Public Petitions Committee consisting of not more than 15 members appointed at the commencement of the life of the House.
(2) The Committee's jurisdiction shall cover:
- Consider the subject matter of all petitions referred to it and shall report from time to lime to the House its recommendations on actions to be taken thereon, together with such other observations on the petitions.
