About the committee
(1) There shall be a Committee to be known as Committee on Privatisation and Commercialisation consisting of not more than 40 members appointed at the commencement of the life of the House.
(2) The Committee's jurisdiction shall cover:
- ll matters relating to the privatisation and commercialisation of Government Enterprises and Institutions in which Government has investments
- To generally monitor the functions and operations of the National Privatisation Council and all other agencies established by law on privatisation and commercialisation
- Annual budget estimates
