About the committee
(1) There shall be a Committee to be known as the National Security and Intelligence Committee consisting of not more than 40 members appointed at the commencement of the life of the House.
(2) The Committee's jurisdiction shall cover:
- Public security
- All matters relating to any Organisation or Agency established by law for ensuring the security of the Federation
- Security and Intelligence matters generally
- Oversight over the office of the National Security Adviser;
- Annual budget estimates
